Reserve your share of our premium Texas grass‑fed Angus and Brangus beef for spring 2026. A $400 deposit secures either a half (side) or whole animal from our herd. Each animal is raised on our native pastures in Harlingen and San Diego, TX and custom cut by our local butcher.

What you can expect: roughly 50% ground, 30% roasts, and 20% steaks. Your share will include a wide variety of cuts such as chuck and rump roasts; brisket; stew and stir‑fry meat; flat iron, hanger, skirt (fajita), flank, top sirloin, bavette, and tri‑tip steaks; bone‑in NY strips, tenderloin cuts and filet; ribeye steaks; short ribs and osso buco; kabobs; oxtail; heart and liver; 90/10 ground beef packaged in 1‑lb packs; and a bag of marrow bones for broth.

Approximate weights and pricing: a side (half beef) is around 175 lb of wrapped meat and runs about $2,499 before the deposit; a whole beef averages 350 lb and runs about $4,999 before the deposit. The non‑refundable $400 deposit will be credited toward your final invoice.

Pickup & shipping: We box and freeze your beef for on‑farm pick‑up at 1701 S Palm Blvd in Harlingen, TX. Shipping is available at an additional cost and varies by region. Current rates (as of March 2024) for a half beef are $150 within Texas, $180 to OK/AR/LA/MS/AL/GA/TN, $500 to NM/AZ/SC/NC/FL, and $600 to all other states; for a whole beef: $250 in Texas, $300 to OK/AR/LA/MS/AL/GA/TN, and $1,000 to NM/AZ/SC/NC/FL and all other destinations. Shipping for sides and wholes is higher than our standard boxes due to the weight and multiple coolers needed.

Freezer space: please plan for 9‑12 cubic feet for a half beef and 16‑21 cubic feet for a whole beef; a larger freezer allows for easier organization.

We will contact you with processing dates, cut instructions, and pickup or shipping details once your animal is scheduled. If you have any questions or would like to discuss custom cutting, please reach out. Thank you for supporting regenerative farming in South Texas!
